Today we are...

Brewing No.7
Hand bottling 3000 bottles of Milk Stout
Getting some chillies for yet another of the 12 stouts
Listening to trumpets
Looking forward to our Beer Dinner with Masterchef Champion Tim Anderson
& watching our 1000th Brew, Bristol Vintage ferment away like crazy
